Welcome to Socks Laundry Club.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Socks Laundry Club. Socks Laundry Club operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, products and services.
Our store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about orders, product use, shipping, returns, warranties, liability and your legal rights.

SECTION 1 — WHO WE ARE
Socks Laundry Club is currently operated by an individual based in Singapore.
Until a separate legal entity is formed, purchases are made from the operator of Socks Laundry Club.
You acknowledge that Socks Laundry Club may use third-party suppliers, warehouses, delivery providers and fulfilment partners to process and deliver orders.
SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
If you are under 18, you may use our website only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase contract.
SECTION 3 — OUR PRODUCTS
Our product is a compact portable washer intended for socks and other small lightweight garments.
Some models may include a spin-drying function. Spin-drying helps remove excess water from washed items, but it does not fully dry clothing and does not replace a full-size dryer.
The product is battery-powered and USB-C rechargeable. Customers must use the product only according to the product instructions and safety warnings.
Product photos, packaging, colours, specifications and accessories may vary slightly due to supplier updates, production changes, lighting or screen settings.
Our products are intended for normal household use only.
Our products are not medical devices.
We do not claim that our products sterilise clothing, kill bacteria, remove viruses, prevent infections, prevent athlete’s foot, or provide medical or health benefits.
Any cleaning or hygiene-related wording is general product information only.
You are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for your intended use before purchase.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
For any washer, spin-drying device, cleaning device, rechargeable device, battery-powered product or USB-C rechargeable product sold by us, you agree to use the product only according to its instructions and safety warnings.
You must not misuse the product.
You must not overload it.
You must not modify it.
You must not use it with incompatible chargers.
You must not use unsafe detergents.
You must not expose electrical parts to water.
You must not charge the product while it is wet.
You must not use the product while it is charging unless the instructions expressly allow this.
You must not submerge charging ports, battery areas, motors, control panels or electronic components.
You must not use the product if the charging port, charging cable, battery area, motor, control panel or electronic components appear damaged.
You must not leave the product charging or operating in an unsafe manner.
You are responsible for supervising use where necessary.
We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by misuse, improper cleaning, improper charging, improper storage, unauthorised modification, incompatible accessories, unsuitable detergents, water damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
SECTION 5 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy.
We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.
Your order is accepted only when payment is processed and we confirm the order.
We may cancel or refuse an order if:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment fails;
- your information is inaccurate;
- delivery is unavailable;
- the price was incorrect;
- we suspect fraud;
- we suspect unauthorised resale;
- fulfilment becomes impractical.
If we cancel your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
SECTION 6 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices may change without notice.
The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, import fees or handling charges.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import charges, taxes or fees charged by your country.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We use third-party suppliers, warehouses and delivery providers.
Orders may ship directly from supplier warehouses.
Standard shipping is estimated at 7 to 15 business days.
Priority shipping, where available, is estimated at 2 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only. They are not guaranteed.
Delays may happen due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather, holidays, supplier delays, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.
For US customers, if we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will follow applicable US order and delay rules.
SECTION 8 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We offer a 30-day defect return policy.
This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if the product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, unless required by applicable law.

You must provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or videos showing the issue.
Do not send any product back before contacting us.
We will provide return instructions and a return address if your return is approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Used products may be accepted only where the issue is a genuine defect and not caused by misuse, improper use, improper cleaning, improper charging, improper storage, water damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
SECTION 9 — DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@sockslaundryclub.com.
We may request photos, videos, troubleshooting steps or return inspection.
If we confirm a valid defect, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, partial refund or store credit, depending on the issue and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We sell to customers in multiple countries.
Some countries provide consumer rights that cannot be excluded by store policy.

“Socks Laundry Club” and related names, designs and slogans are our brand assets.
Shopify’s name and trademarks belong to Shopify.

Our store is powered by Shopify.
Sales made through our store are made directly between you and Socks Laundry Club.
Shopify is not responsible for product quality, delivery, refunds, injury, damage, loss or customer support relating to your purchase from us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims relating to purchases made from Socks Laundry Club.
SECTION 15 — PRIVACY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socks Laundry Club, Shopify, our service providers, contractors and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from:
